Job Description –
· Day to day preparation & punching of cash voucher, Bank voucher, Purchase bills, Sales bills. Making Debit /Credit notes & Payment advise, Journal Vouchers, Bill passing.
· Day to Day working on Entries regarding Sales & Purchase
· Monthly TDS deduction from Vendors bills, consultants, Salaries of employee & also filing quarterly TDS and yearly calculation of TDS & generate form 16A as well yearly form 16 of salaried employees, Monthly & Yearly calculation of TDS.
· Filing monthly Professional Tax of employee & Yearly Company. Need knowledge of P.F. and ESIC working and filling.
· Need knowledge of submission of monthly / Quarterly & yearly report to STPI.
· Preparation of Fund Flow and Cash Flow Statement.
· Preparation of payroll monthly basis in Compusoft Payroll web based software. From creating master of Earning, Deduction, calculation their off, working on loan, advances, TDS working & up to pay final payment. Maximum knowledge of handle 300 employees.
· Need knowledge of foreign inward remittance booking of entries.
· Making reconciliation of sundry debtors & creditors statement (Scrutiny).
· Capability to handle accounting related up to Trial-balance & supporting up to finalization balance sheet and Profit and loss and related to other report.
· Require good knowledge of payroll software.
· Good verse with GST knowledge, filling of monthly returns of GST.
Experience – 1+ years well-versed with tally up to finalization.
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
