Ed.Qualification : BE(IT/Computer)/MCA/MSc(IT)/Graduate with relevant experience
Experience : Min 2 yearsin following fields: -
Supervision of IT services at Regional level and H.O. level (GSWAN/Other ISP and Internal).
Co-ordination of maintenance and repairs of all hardware’s deployed such as Computers and Peripherals.
Assisting procurement of Computer consumables to officers.
Allocating the consumables and keeping the critical level of stock of computer consumable.
Preparation/Assistance to user required reports on developed applications.
Maximise the utilization of assets by periodic training to users.
Visiting all offices under their jurisdiction once in a month and send tour report.
Supervise the Periodic preventive measures through available resources.
Providing information to S&A Dept. periodically regarding usage and future requirement of machines.
Providing / submitting e-mail messages to RM/DM/SE/XEN and sending replies to the queries and messages to senders.
Providing feedback to computer branch for better services and co-ordination.
Act as Nodal Officer for all issues related to computerization
Resolve the data manageability and its tools.
Execute the directives received from Head Office.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
