3. Maintaining stock of chemicals and glass ware
4. Documentation as per ISO requirement
5. To oversee the maintenance of R&D equipment
6. Synthesis, R & D, process improvement, distillation, purification
7. Maintaining batch sheet with good laboratory practices, to carry out reactions as per given SOP
