About company: Client of CIEL HR, is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Fluid Control Systems
Job Responsibility:
Should be able to provide purchasing support during new product development, especially for plastic and rubber parts and Press Parts core knowledge of process.
Should be able to identify new supplier for Proto manufacturing or getting Proto component made
from existing suppliers specially for plastic and rubber parts.
Must have good familiarity in rubber and plastic part, CASTING AND MACHINING manufacturing processes.
Should be able to establish the complete component supply chain for various new projects through existing suppliers or new suppliers
Should be able to Track and monitor development process at supplier end
Should be able to evaluate new suppliers as per IATF 16949
New product feasibility study with supplier and giving feedback to design for more cost effective and reliable part design.
Should be able to get parts as per committed delivery, proper up keeping, storage and issuance of these parts thus making sure that project meets it’s time-line.
Should be well versed with intricacies of Purchase agreement, Non-Disclosure agreement
Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Should have excellent auditing skills
Candidate should be from supplier quality background.
Tools Knowledge: Must have Core tools and 7QC Tools and quality tools knowledge
Process Knowledge : Must have Plastic, rubber and press parts knowledge
Qualification:
Diploma/BE mechanical
