Looking for an ideal candidate having 0- 2 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Networking
Client is a leading Manufacturer and exporter of fluid control systems, pneumatic actuators, valve automation systems and control components.

Job Title: Sales Trainee

Education and Experience : B.E./B.Tech(Mechanical) with having 0- 2 years of experience in in Sales / Marketing / Networking domain.



Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE OF WORK: We are looking for energetic folks, who will be responsible to build a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships across the provided location.

You will be responsible for identifying & developing new business opportunities for the company and building a pipeline through the team and hold a personal pipeline.


The profile will require you to travel 50% of the time as the situation becomes conducive to travel, as per Covid restrictions.


You will plan to achieve targets and expand customer base.

• You will handle both Project business and MRO business and introduce newer initiatives to cater to Private, Public and Government organizations business interests. • You will be formulating and implementing an account management plan to ensure that business relations are properly maintained.

You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and relationship building with key influencers like consultants, engineering division of End Users, EPC,PMC etc.


You will be partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and will effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.


You will understand category-specific landscapes and trends and also have to Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.


You will develop repeatable programs to enable direct sales and / or partner sales/ growth and provide accurate, timely forecasts and report weekly performance and details of specific opportunities.


Provide Voice of customer to the factory.


Visit reports to be provided. MOM


Regular forecasting and customer updates to the manager.


Desired Profile:
Candidate should have 0- 2 years of experience in in Sales / Marketing / Networking domain.

Candidate with good technical skills and a flair in Sales / Marketing / Networking


Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.


A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.


Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.


Ability to work independently.


Initiative and enterprise


The profile will require you to travel 50% of the time as the situation becomes conducive to travel, as per Covid restrictions.
