Designation: Customer Service Executive.
Looking to hire candidates for customer support.
Expected work schedule:
To spend around 2 hours per day on chat support, 1 hour on webinar, and around 3-4 hours on outbound calling.
Skills and Responsibilities
· Excellent motivational skills and works well with a team.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
· Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
· Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
· Preferably from an English medium background. Prior BPO experience would add advantage.
