Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience: 15 to 20 Years
Job Requirement:
Must have exposure into controlling Finance and Accounts Operations as well as restructuring the appropriate business strategies for maximizing top-line & bottom-line profitability
Having expertise in entire accounts & finance functions including Various ERP & SAP implementation, GST implementation, Cost Control, MIS - Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis, IFC implementation, Taxation, Finalization of Accounts, Working Capital Management, Hedging & Buyer’s Credit Accounting, Internal Financial Controls & so on.
Managing quarterly /annual accounts closing as per IndAS in compliance of the companies act and recent development in other legal area as well as calendar year audit.
Preparing quarterly and annual revenue & CAPEX Budget, Comparison with Actual and Variance Analysis, Long Term Plan (LTP), Working Capital Management
Preparing CMA & Project Report and arranging Working Capital from Bank, tracking cash flow, Receivable, collection timing tracking, credit monitoring, LC and BG Opening and tracking
Skills :
Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis
Due-Diligence and statutory compliance
Annual Budgeting/ Pricing/ Cost Control
Project and It’s Fund Management
