Job Description :
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To build, plan, create and implement complete digital marketing strategy for the organization on YoY basis
2. To discuss and get an approval from the Head Marketing and Directors of ASE Group of the yearly strategy
3. Assist Head Marketing in finalizing digital marketing budget for the year
4. The role holder will plan a strategy cascading process for the Head Marketing for the entire Marketing staff of the organization
5. Keep time to time marketing staff abreast about current digital campaign, keep sharing details of the upcoming campaigns and also take their ideas based on recent market trends / requirements
6. To manage all social platforms and channels effectively
7. Month on month measuring ROI against each marketing campaign
8. Ensure and keep improving content and design on the digital platform, considering SEO and Google Analytics
9. Keep track of competition digital marketing strategy and update the Head Marketing for the same
10. Conducting at a regular interval market surveys / research
11. To capture customer feedback and satisfaction survey
12. To run quizzes and create awareness for ASE brand
13. Developing digital purchase flow / order flow for ASE products for the customer / clients
14. ERP / CRM training to new joinee
15. Creating digital videos for product specs, technical induction information for new entrant, clients. Coordinating with parent company for support in creating digital material for creation of the content.
SKILLS:
1. Hands on expertise of using digital platform, channels · Command over using digital marketing tools and techniques, SEO, Google Analytics, ERP and CRM software·
2. Hands on experience in web page design and great at creativity·
3. Great sense of pride in contribution he / she is making in the growth of the business·
4. A go getter attitude·
5. Able to manage the delivery of multiple tasks for business development·
6. In depth knowledge and expertise in overall business development·
7. A pro-active high achiever with high energy levels, who is used to working under pressure and to tight/challenging deadlines·
8. Must have great understanding of digital marketing, latest trends and use of digital platform in building business growth·
9. Knowing to operate coral draw·
10. Must be able to generate and develop business growth using digitalmarketing strategies
EXPERIENCE: 1 Year+
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
