Job Description :
Serves as the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts – Standard and High-Value Clients.
Reviews every account in the portfolio in complete detail to understand the current level of performance.
Flawlessly execute operational activity and co-ordinate the results with seniors and clients
Analyze account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend and implement optimization solutions to increase efficiency, drive a high renewal rate, and meet clients’ requirements
Analyze marketplace sales trends and create keywords for listings, new product listings & Image updates; gather and analyze data at the account level and industry level
Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, using this knowledge as a basis for future projects / Clients
Work with Account Management, Sales & Marketing, and Clients to identify growth opportunities
Identifies opportunities to improve Amazon, Flipkart, Wayfair, Walmart, Myntra & Other Marketplace Sales, customer feedback & Brand Visibility through data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive product analysis.
Basic Qualifications
Work experience of 0.5-3 years
Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree (MBA) in a business discipline
Passionate about online business, e-commerce, and sales
Must have managed clients along with owning up to their individual performance goals
Superior verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by experience
Flexible to work in stretched Hours
Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other related Master's degree
Passion for online advertising and a track record of delivering outstanding results
Experience in e-commerce, retail or payment systems
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Experience in data analysis, either professional experience or through your education

Salary: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
