JOB PURPOSE
To ensure correct working of test systems, performing customer inspections and commissioning of test systems by writing PLC & LabVIEW codes, following quality standards, conducting timely reviews, developing new applications and developing faster and safer processes as per customer specifications.

1. Taking handover from sales & design2. Planning the program as per project timeline
3. Defining operating process for each module by drawing the flowchart and defining the fields
4. Designing screens as per the defined process for each module
5. Writing the operating procedure for each module.Project Execution 6. Taking approval from customer for the written process.
7. Writing the code as per the approved process
8. Testing the code on actual machine
9. Performing customer inspection
10. Incorporating post inspection changes
11. Commissioning on site
12. Preparing, filling and communicating MOM whenever required
