We have an urgent job opening for our reputed Client in EPC
Position: Expeditor – Electrical Package
Job Location: Vadodara -Gujarat
About the company: A leading company in EPC into Oil & Gas
Qualification: BE/BTech/Diploma - Electrical
Job Requirement:
Performing the procurement & expediting activities to ensure the timely delivery of documentation & material to meet project requirements.
To coordinate with cross functional team like vendor, Subcontractor, Engineering, Project
Recommend catch-up plan and ensure implementation to meet the delivery schedule.
Resolving material/documentation related discrepancies after receipt at site.
To remove bottlenecks regarding document approval/payment/transportation/inspection etc.
Close coordination with logistics department to deliver the material at yard.
Material requisitions for complete scope of work and delivery at proper time period .
Engineering, Project Management Teams, QA/QC, Accounting and Proposals.
The delivery plan with the help of delivery head, procurement manager, Project manager.
Coordination with Vendor, Sub vendors and client as required.
To coordinate with vendors, attend vendor meetings & progress of electrical packages
Expediting the material on site as per the requirement of the vendor
Ensure timely receipt of vendor offers from all before or by the specific date.
Management, Planning, Logistics, freight forwarder & Quality Team.
