As part of the Power Transformer Operations team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple transformers factories, focused on safety, quality and process improvement of the transformer manufacturing with focus on projects in short circuit applications. You will work with our power transformer factories worldwide, to supervise and support the manufacturing on site of high-stressed transformers. You will share your knowledge by working closely with our factories on site and by delivering global trainings to local process engineers.
Your responsibilities
As part of the Power Transformer Operations team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple transformers factories, focused on safety, quality and process improvement of the transformer manufacturing with focus on projects in short circuit applications.
You will work with our power transformer factories worldwide, to supervise and support the manufacturing on site of high-stressed transformers.
You will share your knowledge by working closely with our factories on site and by delivering global trainings to local process engineers.
Your background
Experience in Transformer manufacturing, and in mechanical and/or electrical design especially regarding short circuit stresses (>5 years).
Analytical skills in areas such as process performance.
Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and drive changes.
International experience, working with different countries and cultures.
Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills.
University degree: Bachelor of Science; Master of Science.
