Job Description :
We are a leading Architectural Drafting service providers with clients located all over the globe.
We are hiring candidates for the post of Junior Architect / Draftsperson for our new branch office located in Vadodara, for Clients based in Australia and New Zealand. Scope of works will include preparing highly detail oriented Architectural drawings for Residential projects which will range from large prestige double and triple storey homes and unit developments through to smaller additions with a small percentage of commercial work as well.
We are seeking candidates who are looking to embrace challenging roles in Australian Architectural drawings, and have a willingness to learn how to draw as per Australian standards and R-Codes.
YOU WILL NEED:
· Proficiency and good hands on AutoCAD drafting for Residential projects doing Plans / Elevations / Sections / Details / Internal (Wet area) drawings and all type of construction / working drawings.
· Good time management skills and ability to work to specific deadlines and under pressure at times.
· Have a willingness to learn International Architectural drawing Standards (Australian & New Zealand Standards).
· Have a base level of English, and a desire to improve English skills both written and verbal
· Well organized and highly motivated
· Great attention to detail and accuracy in all works performed.
· Ability to work in a team environment and take direction as and when required.
· Candidates from Vadodara will be preferred more but can also apply if ready to relocate to Vadodara.
· We expect a Contract / bond period of 3 years, if not possible then minimum 2 years.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
· Have an Architectural/Civil background.
· Graduation/Diploma in Architecture or Civil.
· Hand Drawing or 3D modelling experience
