Summary:
Orthotist & Prosthetist will work with the Research & Development team to develop a new range of orthosis and prosthetics devices for OrthoHeal’s Portfolio. We are looking for passionate candidate with Orthotist and prosthetist background and willing to work in corporate environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
Development of new range of orthotics and prosthetics devices
Design and fabricate orthopedic and prosthetic devices based on requirements
Select materials; make cast measurements, model modifications, and layouts, taking into account new techniques and materials.
Perform fitting, including static and dynamic alignments
Knowledge of and ability to evaluate orthotic and/or prosthetic needs
Ability to work collaboratively and participate in a team approach.
Research new ways to construct and use orthopedic devices.
Update skills and knowledge by attending conferences and seminars.
Maintain medical or professional knowledge.
Technical Assistance:
S /He will have to work closely with Product development team and execute task as per their instructions
Documentation and Record keeping.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor in Orthotics & Prosthetics
Skills & knowledge
Deep knowledge of anatomy & physiology
Knowledge of rehabilitation process
Knowledge of 3D scanning, CAD (computer-aided design) and CAM (computer- aided modeling) to make a model, confidence in using software package
Excellent verbal communication skills
Maintains patient records and instructs in proper use of orthopedic devices.
Provides specialized guidance concerning of devices for users
Good attention to detail
Strong IT skills and a willingness to embrace new and emerging technologies
Good learning skills
Working conditions
Person with this position have to work at OrthoHeal R&D center at Vadodara.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,753.00 per month

Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
