Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in social work or relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in development sector. Experience in implementing education programs will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for the monitoring & implementation of multiple projects at the field level.
Support the program manager in promoting developmental programs for the benefit of children and community.
Assist in planning, developing systems & processes concerning the project.
Undertake periodical visits to project locations to monitor, review and extend required steps for implementation of the project.
Identify the training needs of the field staff and organize/conduct required training and orientation programs with the support of organization and external resource agencies.
Provide documentation support to the organization - reports, documentation, and other organizational documents.
Establish a network with local agencies, government and NGOs to strengthen the implementation of program of the organization.
Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your project manager.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong hold on English language.
Willingness to travel & undertake field work.
Knowledge & understanding on issues related to education & community.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Ability to prioritize & multi-task.
Ability to meet the reporting deadlines.
Salary: Rs. +91-XXXXXXXXXX per month plus travel expenses as per the travel policy.
