Summary
As a QA, you'll run the quality management system activities at the organization to ensure that the processes meet the regulatory requirements. You'll typically be involved in all quality assurance activities.
Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and driving QMS compliance/continuous improvements for the site as per ISO 13485 and other applicable regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain quality systems, and procedures that ensure QMS compliance with policies that conform to international standards, authorities and regulatory guidelines. In the area of QMS i.e. Training, Management Review, Risk Management, Documents/Records Control, Change Management, CAPA, Quality Audit - internal/external, etc.
Perform QMS gap analysis and implementation of improvements to align on regulatory/standard changes compliance.
Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, controlled, maintained and distributed to all process owners.
Maintain quality documentation and records.
Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures.
Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues (non-conforming products) to ensure resolution in accordance with company procedures.
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development.
Keep track of quality training attended by staff and keep close coordination with the Human Resource Department
Working hours
Full time Monday to Saturday. You should expect to work some evenings, although weekend or shift work is uncommon
Qualifications
Masters or equivalent in Life science or Pharmacy related qualification is preferred.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance preferably in the medical device industry. The knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, ISO 14971, MDD/MDR is preferable.

Salary: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
