Receptionist cum Telephone Operator
Ø Salary: 7 K – 10 K (Depend on experience and knowledge)
Ø Education: Any Graduate with 0 -1 year experience, Fresher can apply
Ø Immediate Joining will be preferred .
Ø Duties & Responsibility:
· Basic Knowledge of MS-Office & Internet Surfing, Typing Speed 30 WPM
· Ability to create organized filing system
· Exceptional Customer Service Skills & professional phone Manners
· Greet Clients as soon as they arrive & connect them with the appropriate department.
· Answer the calls in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct departments
· Perform other duties as assigned & fulfilled responsibilities as required.
Note: After Joining three days unpaid training will be provided.
