Handling the reception counter. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office. Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Routing calls.
Handling mails and couriers from/ to various agencies. Also to certify the courier bills.
Managing Visitor Management System.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
