Job Description :
§ To support sales activities and fulfill sales process from Vadodara corporate office.
§ Coordinate between plant sales team & senior management.
§ Preparer business dashboard on daily basis & submit to Director
§ Improvisation of sales process & support to sales employees.
§ Track & control client outstandings.
§ Support to concern employees related outstanding matters.
§ To prepare order schedules in case of urgency, regular employee absences, off-duty hours, holidays, etc.
§ Track customer-wise margin. To identify the sale of law price RMC, fulfill sales price matrix as further decides.
§ Create Customer Code.
§ Follow Credit limit Policy.
§ Send reminder to the client on due sate through SMS/Call/Email/Visit etc as suggested by the director.
§ Support a salesperson, provide & tracking client ledger, balance confirmation, reminder letter, etc.
§ Track & identify delayed submission of client invoices.
§ Prepare the review meeting presentation, by collecting & compiling monthly reports from concerned employees, and finalize all plant data as suggested by RMC Head.
§ Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) of the review meeting and circulate it.
§ Expense bill track follow-up & process.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
