Understanding the chemical process & chemistry

Identification of Near miss, Unsafe Condition
Fire Extinguisher handling and extinguish of fire
Identification of Near miss, Unsafe Condition
Incident Investigation
Man power Handling
Responsibilities:
Monitoring Mfg. process parameters and any deviation
Timely completion of batch and make material balance.
Handling operators and contract workers.
Maintain traceability of RM,WIP and Finish goods.
Maintaining WIP stocks register.
Give material requisition sleep/Activity planning notes.
Preparation of monthly production summary and WIP stock statement
Proper filing and keeping record like batch cards, Material balances, Requisition sleeps & FGTN
Day-to-day Entry in ERP
Maintain Good House keeping of overall production premises and maintain record for the same.
Implement all IMS related activities.
Work Permit
Handling, Storage, Preservation and Disposal of Hazardous Waste
Advance plannning for next shift
Safe Material handling in terms of environment, Health & Safety
To implement all ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 related activities
To Follow all site safety permits and procedures
