Roles and Responsiblities:
Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
Proposing IT upgrades to higher management and implementing the same
Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.
Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.
Troubleshooting system and server errors.
Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.
Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase.
Managing user access.
Monitoring system performance.
Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups on regular basis.
Maintain IT Asset database and manage software licenses.
Manage the LAN, WAN & VPN Network of the organization.
Manage O365 Admin center and its online Exchange.
Experience : 2 - 3 years
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
