Job description-Drive end to end recruitment cycle-Sourcing profiles through Job portals, social media, forums, references & headhunting-Final negotiation for the position closures-Help shape and influence employee communication to ensure engagement and clarity
Required Candidate profile-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Talent branding, Sourcing strategies-Manage external staffing agencies-Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels
