Sunflower Lab is a leading US based software development company. We are looking for extremely smart and talented people to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat as Talent Acquisition Executive. Our current team strength is 75+ and we have completed 175+ projects and counting. Our wide-range capabilities have opened up horizons for us create products and services for sectors like Health Care, Finance, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas, Event & Entertainment etc.
Sunflower Lab is currently looking for extremely smart and talented people to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The selected individuals will be part of full process from beginning to production.
Skills:
Willingness to make a career in IT recruitment.
Knowledge of using job portals.
Good communication skills.
Should be acquainted with computer languages.
Responsibilities:
Understanding the job requirement of the open positions in the organization.
Preparing JD document after gathering skills required and job responsibility.
Searching candidates from Job portals and social media accounts.
Initial scrutiny of CVs to match candidates to our job requirements.
Completing telephonic round for the CVs received and scheduling with technical team.
Getting feedback from the Interview team and updating candidate on next step to be followed.
Keep a touch base with selected candidates till they join.
