Job Description :
As a Tele Caller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for, Attend IVR Calls, Allocate Enquiries to particular site as per client's desire location, solving questions, Provide information regarding our projects.
You should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities. Amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this position.
Responsibilities-
Answering phones and explaining the Projects.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals
Allocate enquiries to the projects as per clients requirements.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
