6 Use of QC Technique & Measurement technique
7 Identifying the lab chemicals cheracteristic
8 Calibration
9 Documentation including QMS
10 Computer
Responsibilities:
1 Timely completion of analysis of raw material,wip and finish products in terms of both Olfactively as well as analytically.
2 Analysis of Enfluent water,Boiler Feed Water,Raw water
3 Responsible for preparation of Std volumetric solutions and maintain proper record for the same
4 Proper Documentation of all analysis as per the Standard Operating procedure and according to QMS
5 Daily calibration of all the Sophisticated Q.C instruments.
6 Responsible for Preparation of dispatch labels of finish goods as well as all the approved/Rejection labels of Raw materials
7 Preparation of Certificate of Analysis as per the Analysis result.
8 Responsible for maintain traceability of RM,WIP and Finish goods.
9 Preparation of Raw Material and Final Products inspection Report
10 Communicating any quality deviation at any stage of analysis to QC Executive
