Job Title: TSM / ASMRole: Sales 1. Job Purpose
To regulate the sales and customer/consumer awareness about the product in the
designated area and ensuring to increase profitability of the organization and
managing Sales force if applicable. 2. Organizational relationships

Positions reporting to Job Holder : Activation Manager’s & distributor’s channel 3. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s.
 Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
 Appointment of new channel Partners.
 Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets for the given territories.
 Expanding secondary network under each distributor and increase secondary sales.
 Implementation of company marketing programs and monitoring for successful
completion followed by ROI.
 To plan Sales Forecast and material planning as per sales plan.
 Mentoring and motivating team to achieve the business goals.
 Achieving Volume and Value targets month on month basis.
 Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the related
business (Major auto market, OEMs, upcoming distributor, new co entering into market
etc).
 Build strategic relationships with key clients.
 Develop and maintain an effective database and tracking system of prospect clients.
 Maintaining the reporting system as per the organization’s standard.
 Adhere to approved policies and procedures related to the profile.
 Keeping the reporting manager updated regarding any market changes and forth coming
opportunities or threats and tracking competitor’s activity.
 Carry out any other duties as assigned by management or reporting manager from time
to time. 4. Job Specifications
 Any Graduate preferably from science background.
 Preferably have MBA Degree in Sales & Marketing.
 Able to work under stringent target both in terms of time and volume.
 Ability to deal with rejection and market complaints.
 Good interpersonal skills.
 At least 8+ years of experience as sales representative in related industry and 1 year
operational exp. as Area Manager and handling Sales team.
 Knowledge of the market/clients of designated area
 Good oral and written communication skills.
 Able to motivate team to achieve the assigned business targets.
 Demonstrated team spirit, accurate reporting and integrity.
