Job Description :
Hand management of environment department of whole unit. Environmental legislative regulations compliance Yearly submission report preparation Form-V, Form-IV. All type of legal submission i.e. Monthly Patrak, Water Cess, and Visit Compliance. Application for CTE, CC& A for new amendment in existing operations or process. Environmental Clearance Six monthly compliance report preparation and submission to MoEF-Central, SEAC-GPCB and MoEF-State of Gujarat. Yearly compliance report preparation for Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA), and variousco-ordinations as per requirements. Co-ordination with Environmental Auditors & Legal Authorities. Administration for Operation and Maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Administration for Air Pollution Control Management at various manufacturing process and atcompany’s own Captive Power Plant (CPP), DG Sets. Hazardous Waste Management: Storage, Treatment and Disposal as per legal and technicalguideline of CPCB and various Landfill/Incineration site companies. Conducting trainings for new joiners and for existing employees of company. Coordination with various pharmaceutical auditors i.e. Customer Companies, Legal Authorities(Local, Foreign) to show compliance and work procedure as per SOP for EnvironmentalCompliance of Company. Directing utility staff for various water conservation sources, assisting them as a team memberfor conservation projects. Preparation of environmental budget for each financial year. Giving presentation to management on increase or decrease in amount of resource consumptionand its detailed study with assistance of utility staff. Conducting training to the new joiners of the organization, training to the on job employees forbasic understanding of environmental infrastructure and awareness.
