Role: US Recruiter
ShiftTimings: 06:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST
WorkingDays: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: Vadodara
Holidays: US Holidays + 2 Floating Indian Holidays
RESPONSBILITIES: -· Will be working on US client requirements on a day-to-day basis.
· Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for clients in the US which includes:
o Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, and networking sites.
o Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine the experience and skill level.
o Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements on time.
· Any other tasks the Immediate Supervisor may assign.
SKILLSETSREQUIRED: -· Excellent verbal & written English communication.
· Minimum Graduation (Any Stream )
· Strong phone handling skills & Active listener
· Ability to Multitask, Prioritize & Manage time effectively
· Computer & internet savvy
· Focused and Detail Oriented
· Target Oriented
· Quick Learner
