Job Description :
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and presenting right candidate to fill our US Client requirements.
Skills:
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Work on strategic global hiring programs.
Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
Procure people for different Non-IT Requirements.
Use niche platforms related to Non IT, to source potential candidates.
Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind
Requirements:
6 months to 5 years of experience in Recruiting role.
Any Graduate can apply.
Proficient in English.
Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
Willing to learn and focused on improvements.
Initially WFH but after few months work from office from VADODARA OFFICE.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
