The benefit of this scheme will be given to economically weaker women and working women in both urban and rural areas of the state.
Eligibility to avail free sewing machine scheme
- Age of women applying under this scheme should be between 16 years to 60 years.
- It is mandatory for rural beneficiaries to be included in the poverty line list of the District Rural Development Department. Beneficiaries with a score of 0 to 16 do not have to submit proof of income.
- Applicant's family income should be upto Rs.1,20,000/- for rural area and up to Rs.1,50,000/- for urban area. Taluka Mamlatdar or Municipal Chief Officer or authorized officer of Municipal Corporation in metropolitan area has to submit income proof.

- Select the Manav Klyan Yojana in it and first read its detailed notification, rules and instructions on how to fill the online form.
- Then click on the online application button given in front of it.
- First of all register your I.D. create
- Now you have to click on login.
- By following this process you can login to the portal.
- Select Tailor Work Assistance option while filling the online form.
