Position Title: Accounts & AdminPosition based at: Ambad plant, NasikPosition reports to: CEOKey Purpose: To Ensure that the accounts, compliances & MIS of the company are uptodate. To oversee Purchase function.Key Accountabilities:Following are the key responsibilities, though not limited to –
1. Accounts – Sales Invoicing, Purchase & Bank entries, Petty Cash management,Creditor & other payments, Accurate preparation of Financial statements likeCash-flow, P&L, Balance Sheet etc
2. Compliance – GST, ESIC, Bank, Wages & Salaries,3. Purchase – Invite Quotes from approved suppliers, Release PO’s, Follow-up4. Inventory – Concurrent inventory reconciliation5. ISO QMS data maintenance & Financial MIS updation
Additional responsibilities : Day to Day MIS reporting to Management
Key Interfaces
Internal: CEO, Production Engineer & Supervisor
External: CA, Suppliers
Incumbent Profile
Necessary: B.Com/M.Com or similar profile with 1 year experience.
Proficient in Tally, MS Excel & Powerpoint,Desired : Cost-Monitoring exposure is desired.ISO 9001;2015 system exposure is desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
