Daily Monitoring, reviewing pending GRNs at receiving quality. Planning & implementing actions for timely decisions of acceptance/rejections
Scheduling of team mates for incoming /in process/ vendors place /final inspections
Daily data monitoring and reviewing for In process rejections, deviations in process parameters, final inspections, recording, escalating & improving with control measures
Daily deviations review at Receiving, In process & Final inspection stages, escalations for systematic approvals, implementing CAPA at the source for non-repeatability , recording the data for future references
Ensuring job cards for QA are processed in time, reviewing it on daily basis
Reporting of NCRs in the system, reviewing for stage wise progress and timely closure of open service calls
Identifying and allocation of improvement projects, kaizens, lesson learnt amongst team members, reviewing for stage wise progress, escalating for supports wherever required
Monthly data preparation, compilation & reporting of Cost Of Poor Quality
Planning & performing Vendor audits for existing & new vendors, reporting outcomes of the audits , bringing vendors to the level of company’s quality requirement expectations
Failure analysis/ 8D/ CAPA/Improvement actions & compliance reporting to the customers or external audits
Updating of Manufacturing Quality Plan as per improvements
Critical Process parameters monitoring & reviewing for its capabilities at regular intervals
Evaluating vendor performance as per material quality received, NCRs raised, CAPA implemented
Planning of equipment calibration as per the calendar and acting proactively for its timely execution
Leading for Prosing design changes through Poka Yoke/Kaizens for practical limitations/improvements in the components/process design
Planning & execution of internal audits for different functions within organisation as per defined intervals
Planning & execution of Operator Skill Matrix as per NCRs, improvement/change In Process, evaluating process & operators’ performance
MIS preparation & presenting to Management for monthly updates of Quality Assurance KPIs
