Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Creating and designing AWS architectures and upholding good architecture principles.
Producing high quality documentation for consumption of colleagues and development teams
Transitioning traditionally hosted applications into AWS in a cost effective manner with a mix of IaaS and PaaS
Where applicable re-architecting parts of applications to utilise AWS PaaS capabilities
Being a thought leader in introducing DevOps mindset and practices within teams
Helping teams build CI/CD pipelines in AWS
Helping development teams solve complex problems in innovative ways
Provide expert technical advice to development teams
Helping to produce practices & patterns that can be applied across the business to accelerate cloud development
Governing that solutions adhere to security best practice
A firm commitment to keeping up-to-date with the latest AWS services and offerings and a desire to learn in an ever evolving landscape
Identify opportunities for new business
Demonstrate good commercial judgement
Communicate and/or present concepts and ideas to clients
Mentor other team members
Work within timescales and costs set by the Project Manager
Assist in encouraging technical best practice within outside your project team
Education:
First class and above grade in BE/BTECH/MCA equivalent degree from a university of UGC accreted.
Desirable - AWS Certifications
