Go Mechanic is Hiring Service Advisor
Designation: Service Advisor
Experience: 0-5 years
Location: Nashik
Salary: 19K-22K
Role & Responsibility
Schedule and arrange appointment with the customers/clients.
Receive and create job orders.
Coordinate between the customers & garage.
keep check on quality and make preparations for vehicle delivery.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicle and bills sent to customer.
Plan existing and new customer acquisition.
Plan to improve market share and overall customer satisfaction.
Manage customer complaints.
Implement processes for cost control.
Skills & Qualifications
1-5 years off experience in after sales service.
Degree/Diploma related to Automobile.
Good Communication Skills (English/Hindi)
Knowledge of Automobile Services Industry.
Experience of handling at least 30-35 cars at a time.
Looking for Immediate Joiners or Candidates serving their Notice period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹19,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
